Did You Know:

• The SCFD Fell victim to chip shortages, resulting in non-standard models being purchased for the fire marshal's office, including a grey civilian model Explorer, a black Durango, and an Escape
• 2022 marked the year that the ERT directors started the trend for chief vehicles. Command cars are highly marked and easily visible for ease of identification. Chief cars are unmarked and very non-descript to allow for easier adultery.
• SCSD Changed their cars from White and gold to black and gold on a basis of being more tacti-cool
• SCSD administers the judicial and prison services, but rumour has it, no one has ever been inside a courthouse or a prison in an SCSD uniform. 
• The majority of equipment and staffing decisions within Shiloh County, from types of units, to even how they are named, is in exact COUNTER to the New York City Equivalent. We didn't secede from NY State 100 years ago to be the same!
• The ERT chose a yellow unit paint scheme not to be more readily visible, despite common misconception, but instead to deter resume builders from jumping ship immediately to join the ranks and then depart after their 2 year contract was up. I mean, who really wants to drive around in a big yellow bus?
• Despite dispatchers acting like they hate everyone on the other side of the radio, the truth is, they actually just hate everyone. Regardless of what side of the radio they're on. 
• The ERT County Comms has double locked doors, not by NFPA standards, but actually for the protection of the rest of the world. You've got a moment to reconsider your choices before actually entering the terrible hell that is county comms.
