Ashkenazi Jewish on her fathers side, Japanese on her mothers side. Liza grew up in an upscale lifestyle in Arcadia. Her father worked as an executive at a medical supply company while her mother was a professor of international studies at CFU. Liza attended private school at Arcadia Prep and would go on to CFU. In her later teen years Liza would fall into the "Stoner" crowd and would still excel at school despite hiding her marijuana habit from her strict parents. IN CFU she would major in Business intending to get her MBA. In her words, She was meant for business because "she sold weed on the side" While in her junior year at CFU Liza was at a job fair and saw a booth for Shiloh County Sheriff as they were pushing for college educated Deputies. She took a pamphlet as a joke to roll blunts with. A few nights later she read the pamphlet and started becoming genuinely interested in law enforcement. in 2016 she took the test for SCSD while high. Thinking nothing would come of it a year later she was accepted into the academy. Liza Stopped any questionable activity before the report date. Liza Performed mediocre in the academy and was pulled into the office during the last few weeks was pulled into an office by several white shirts. During the hiring process and academy they saw potential in her as an Undercover officer. She didn't look like a cop, she didn't act like a cop and they offered her a spot in narco. Liza Excelled as an undercover for buy busts and would occasionally work in Vice as an undercover for prostitution stings. After 2 years working as an undercover she was promoted to Detective and was given a spot in the organized crime squad but occasionally fills in with the narcotics task force.
