Temporarial End of the Probationary Period

The counsel has talked and have decided that as of this moment the rule requiring new members needing to start out on probation is officially on hold.  We've come to this decision as we feel like the probationary period might be one of the things that potentially could be driving new members away (of course there are other reasons but this is one of them).  We, however, do not wish to completely end the probationary period for new members which is why it is just on hold.  We intend to bring this rule back when we've once again built up a good strong base in membership or until problems arise where we'll need the rule again.

So for new members coming in what this means is that you'll be able to join and start off directly as a new firefighter in Fire, EMT in EMS, or deputy in Sheriffs with no need for the training period.  However if you do wish for a training period you can tell us and ask to be put on that probationary period for your character but that is unnecessary as you can simply ask us questions about how to do things in our discord server.

That all said go and spread the word to your friends and let them know they can join without needing to be on probation.  Please note that they still can only start off as a Firefighter, EMT, or Deputy though.  That has not changed.
