I size up the crews and decide that the 3 man engine is probably the best way to go for now. "Alright everyone. Looks like we've had a few call offs today and they haven't been filled as of yet. I've got 3 on the engine and 3 on the ladder. Rescue, expect to see yourselves out a little more than usual, looks like we've got 15 off across West platoon, so you'll probably be running manpower backup.
