   "RA 1 BACK IN SERVICE!" I come back over the radio. I put stupid ass Rodriguez in his gear and throw him in the seat. Good thing he didnt pee on my stuff, he peed on the explorer stuff from the program like. 10 years ago. We respond and arrive on scene. Rodriguez still out.
    
   I pull the gurney over and begin to assist.

   "THIS MEANS SISTER BROTHERS AND BROTHER BROTHERS AND THE INBETWEENERS ARE GOING TO BE SMOKIN THEIR 6 FOOT MARAJUANA PIPES OUT THE SIDE OF THE ENGINE. COULD YOU IMAGINE THE PUBLIC IMAGE? OH. HERE COMES DANK ENGINE 69. OH, IS THAT MEDIC 420? HAHA". I am so funny.

   Dumpster Fire

   We fell asleep in the RA as nobody was hurt. I wake up and see them checking the fire. I roll down the window, not caring that my partner is asleep and yell "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE BROTHER BROTHER AND SISTER BROTHERS, WOOOOOOOOO" I know the crew thinks I look like a tool. I probably am. I don't care. I'm a godly firefighter when I want to be and they know it.

   February 12, 2020

   "RA 1 RESPONDING" I say intensely. I'm so pumped. A physical rescue assignment. Rodriguez looks like he wants to die and I cant figure out why. I say "CHEER UP BROTHER, WE'RE GOING TO THE RESCUE, FIREFIGHTER CHRONICOOLS AINT GOT NOTHING ON US". As we're ripping code 3 to the scene. I drive because I know I drive faster.

   We arrive at St. Gardena and come in. 
   I see doctor Bae and I know hes going to ask why I didnt treat. I know hes going to laugh at me. But I dont want my partner to hear it because he might actually feel better about his job. 
    
   I see Doctor Bae coming toward us, he seems to be in a good mood. He asks what's up, I give him my report. 
   He asks why I didnt give at least tylenol IV, I explain that I took 4x the amount of pre workout. He warns me and also laughs.

    Abdominal Pain

    "RA 1 ON SCENE" I yell into the mic. It let's dispatch know I'm in charge. We go into the room. "SIR, WE ARE PARAMEDICS, WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM TODAY?" I yell at Dave to get a full set of vitals. I took quadruple the normal amount of pre workout. Maybe that's why I'm so angry. I dont hear the assessment over the sound of my heartbeat, but I see hes not really doing anything and hos vitals are fine. "SIR, DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL?!?" 
     
    He says no. 
     
    "BUT SIR, YOU MAY DIE IF YOU DONT COME WITH US." 
     
    He reluctantly gets on the gurney and we transport code 2 to St. Gardena

   Time Out 09:11 Engine, Squad, Rescue Ambulance, 1x Deputy Sheriff. Garage Accident. 47 Lyons Avenue, unknown victim.
   '911 what is your emergency?'
   'Oh my god! Help. My arm! Oh my god!'
   'Sir? Where are you?'
   'MY ARM!'
   'Sir, are you at 47 Lyons Avenue?' Thank god for house phones.
   'Help me. The garage door. Oh my god!'
   'Sir? Hello?'
   No voice contact beyond this.
   *I key the station 1 activations for Engine, Squad, RA, and key the mic for the deputies. It could be an accident, it could be a crime.*
   "Available unit, ERT, respond to 47 Lyons Ave, 911 Hang up, audible screaming. Possible garage accident. Code 3."

   'Kendall Ross here with breaking news coming out of the state's capital building in Selkirk.  In a vote of 65% in favor of, the senate has decided to legalize marijuana for recreational use.  Within an hour the Governor signed the bill into law legalizing it .'

   (If you're looking for Raven and Garcia working together, that's this way -> I see why you were confused.)
   Engine 11, Unit 22, Rescue Ambulance 1 City Hall Commercial Alarm Activation, calls indicate close proximity dumpster fire.
   *Our alarm systems light up, alarm activation at city hall. I key the nearest units, as per response, Rescue, Engine, Shift Command and a second Engine. Station 1 and Station 2 should be able to cover this one. After keying the stations, I see the call line light up.*
   '911, what's your emergency?'
   'I'm security at City Hall. We've got a fire alarm sounding at rear of building. Saw there was a dumpster burning out back. It might be the cause. Actually, I'm almost certain. I checked the building.'
   'Okay, stay on the line, I'm going to get more information from you. One second.'
   *Using judgement, I cancel the second engine, but leave the rest, as they're likely almost on scene by now.*
   'Okay sir, can you give me the status of the evacuation..'
   *Call continues with menial stuff.*
   "Unit 22, ERT."
   'Unit 22, go ahead." 
   "Security on site reporting dumpster fire at rear of building. When on scene can you advise if you need sheriffs?"

   Technical Rescue Assignment - Fort Shannon Marine Terminal MA Call

   Engine 11, Rescue Ambulance, Shift 22
   'And then, you won't believe it Big Jim, she came back for MY number too! You gotta come out with us, seriously, you're missing out man!'
   *Before Kowalski has a chance to answer, my light flashes yellow and the monotone beep sounds, indicating an incoming call.*
   "911, what's your emergency?"
   "This is Fort Shannon Marine Terminal, we've got an industrial incident. A crane has lost one of it's wires, we've got a pinned man underneath a sea can, and another wrapped up in the crane wire suspended approximately 40ft in the air. Requesting technical rescue assignment support."
   *Oh boy, I know when they call us, someone's having a really bad day.*
   "Dispatching technical rescue assignment now, is your team on scene?"
   "Yes sir, we've got the MFRV and our rescue, but we need additional supports."
   "Understood, we'll have assignment en route shortly."
   *With that, the call ends. I've already started entering the call card and activating the units to respond.*
   "Engine 11, Rescue Ambulance 1, Shift 22, respond to Fort Shannon Marine Terminal for industrial accident, technical rescue assignment. First Responders on scene requesting support."
   *While I wait for units to acknowledge their response, I key in the details we have currently. I don't have any available SCFD ambulances right now, but given the situation for one of the victims already, we may not need it. I'll wait for on scene size up to see if we need additional support. I check and AMR has several units available, as well as the local volunteers having an ambulance up and running.*

   Duty Room

   Located at the front of the station, the duty room is the home of the morning parade, where the incoming 24 hour shift meets for briefing and assignment. Additionally staff may be assigned here to monitor incidents or complete reports.
