   "911, Where is your emergency?"
   "I'm by the marine terminal on South 20th, like Bay street? There's a man with a knife. He looks like he's off his meds or something."
   "Okay, is anyone near him?"
   "No, he's just like talking to himself over by the water. I don't know what he's doing. I think he needs some kind of help. He doesn't look all there."
   "Okay, Try to keep people back, we're sending the sheriff's deputies now. Is anyone hurt?"
   "No, no. Just this guy, He's going through some shit I think."
   "Alright, we're sending help."
    
   SHERIFF RADIO
   "Available units in the area of Fort Shannon Marine Terminal, we've got reports of an EDP with a knife, no danger to the public believed by RP. Approach with caution."

   "Hi, I'm at Walmart on North 4th, I've got a shoplifter under arrest."
   "Are you the security?"
   "Yes Ma'am. We witnessed him concealing merchandise and attempting to flee the premises."
   "Okay, I'll send a couple officers your way."
   *Hanging up, I key the information, and then call out over the Sheriff Radio*
