Players make characters working in one of the three main emergency agencies protecting the citizens of Shiloh County, the County Fire Department, County Sheriff's Department, and the County Emergency Response Team. All roles are told by the members through the use of the forms posts. Storytelling is supported by the use of images, maps and other media.
