The Shiloh County Sheriff's Department services the citizens of Shiloh County, providing primary law enforcement services to to cities of Fort Shannon, Delmore and Oxnard, as well as secondary and specialist response services to the remainder of the county. Interstates and Rural Routes are also primarily patrolled by SCSD Traffic Bureau, on contract from State Troopers. The Shiloh County Sheriff's Department also provides court services and security and county correctional services under their NPC, Judicial Services Command. 

The SCSD is a full service law enforcement department with players operating out of the Headquarters located in Fort Shannon, in the player divisions of Uniformed Services, Detectives, and Special Operations. Additional NPC stations and divisions are operated in Fort Shannon Southriver, Oxnard, and Delmore.

1. SCSD Jurisdiction

The Shiloh County Sheriff's Department is the primary law enforcement agency for Fort Shannon, Oxnard and Delmore, Interstates and Rural Routes. SCSD Also provides mutual aid support to surrounding agencies. SCSD is the primary SWAT team and Tactical Support for all cities and towns in the county, as well as detectives and investigation support for all departments except Arcadia. 

The SCSD is divided into 4 divisions, with the headquarters in Fort Shannon Northriver, and satellite stations in Southriver, Oxnard and Delmore, as well as a support services building in the Delmore Warehouse District. Special Operations is headquartered out of the Sheriff Stanley Brunner Memorial Headquarters Building.

2. People of Interest

  • Deceased Sheriff: Stanley Brunner (LODD Selkirk Cell February 2021)
    • Stanley Brunner was elected Sheriff of Shiloh County after 15 years as Warden of the Shiloh County Correctional Facility. Sheriff Brunner was a hardline sheriff, focused on reform justice. While in attendance to a meeting with the Director of County Emergency Management, he was killed by terrorists, as part of a secondary terrorist attack aimed at Shiloh Law Enforcement, following the Selkirk Incident, in which terrorists from the same cell opened fire on multiple targets in an attempt to kill, main and injure SCSD officers for the killing of the terrorists from the October 2020 Selkirk Incident. 
  • Current Sheriff: Peter Wohl
    • Peter Wohl is the youngest Chief Deputy in the history of Shiloh County, and was formerly confirmed as Sheriff after the murder of Stanley Brunner in 2021. Peter Wohl started in Fort Shannon Patrol, served after as an organized crime detective before being appointed the youngest sergeant, lieutenant, and Captain of Detectives. He was further promoted to Chief Deputy of Operations in 2018.
  • Undersheriff: Joe Alford
    • Joseph Alford is a career sheriff, spending his career on the streets of Fort Shannon, serving as Street Operations supervisor, lieutenant and Uniformed Division Captain before being promoted to Chief Deputy in 2016.

All Sections report to Undersheriff who reports to Sheriff of Shiloh County. The Sheriff is an elected position, the chief law enforcement officer, however Undersheriff is an appointed position

Judicial Services Command
Three offices report to the Chief Deputy of Judicial Services.

Correctional Services Bureau, all deputies and officers in this section are limited serviced peace officers with the county, and report to the Warden, a Captain Equivalent rank. The Correction Services Bureau runs the county jail as well as the lockups throughout the county, and at the court house. Short title for this division is Corrections, as Court Services uses the acronym CSB.

Court Services Bureau, all deputies and officers in this bureau are limited service peace officers with the county, and report to the Captain of CSB. Court Services is responsible for court security and civil process, with each section being overseen by a lieutenant. 

Members of the Judicial Service Command wear regular SCSD uniforms as issued, however to distinguish their roles, they are identified with different badges from the full service deputies.

Operational Support Command
One Division, three bureaus, one office and three sections report to the Chief Deputy of Operational Support. Additionally, the Department's members of the County MCIT reports directly to OSC Chief Deputy.

  • Public Relations Section
    • Consisting of one sergeant, one deputy and two civilian media officers, the public relations section is responsible for departmental media, including social media, relations, as well as community services. 
  • Forensics and Crime Scene Bureau
    • Headed by a lieutenant, this bureau oversees the sworn deputies in the evidence section, and the staff of the Forensics Section, which is mostly civilian. The Evidence Section consists of mostly sworn members handling the evidence and property the sheriff seizes. The Forensics Section is a civilian staffed group of crime scene investigators and scientists who work with the detectives to solve crimes. These staff run the forensics lab and necessary processes for it. 
  • Human Resources Bureau
    • Mostly civilian staffed unit responsible for all the department's HR needs, with the exception of sworn officer recruitment, which is a joint endeavour between Human Resource and Recruitment Section. 
  • Finance and Accounting Office
    • Mostly civilian staffed unit responsible for all the department's financial operations.
  • Recruitment Section
    • Headed by a sergeant, the recruitment section maintains a staff of a minimum of one deputy, with increased members during recruitment periods, and are responsible for attraction, counselling and processing of new cadets. This section works in coordination with the HRB, however is not a subordinate body, and reports directly to the Chief Deputy, OSC. 
  • Records Section
    • A civilian run section, responsible for NCIC, crime reports, statistics and all other records maintained from the SCSD. 
  • Training Bureau
    • Commanded by a lieutenant, the bureau oversees the Cadet Section and the Continuing Education Section. Cadet Section, with exceptions, is comprised of 1 deputy and 1 sergeant assigned to oversee and assist in training at the Shiloh County Public Safety Academy. Continuing Education Section oversees all training within the department, and is comprised as necessary. 
  • Professional Standards Division
    • The highest body within the OSC, PSD is responsible for maintaining professional standards and investigating civilian complaints. The PSD is commanded by a captain, with sworn and civilian members subordinate as needed.

Operations Command
Five Divisions report to the Operations Command Chief Deputy.

  • Special Operations Division
    • Commanded by a captain, SOD has two bureaus and one section under their direct command. 
    • Marine and Air Bureau: Commanded by a lieutenant, this bureau have two subordinate teams, functioning as sections.
      • Marine Team: With 1 Sergeant, 1 Corporal and 2 Deputies on each shift, the Marine team is tasked with oversight of the department's marine operations, including patrol, enforcement and security. Except as required by law, or requested by the SCFD, the SCSD Marine Team does not partake in rescue operations.
      • Air Operations/Drone Team: Commanded by a sergeant, this team has a minimum staffing of two corporals per shift, assigned to cover drone operations. The SCSD regularly engages in drone supported surveillance, as well as patrols and surveys. Additionally, the Air Operations/Drone Team will be the first call for any operations involving the ERT's Helo-1. 
    • Explosive Disposal Section: Commanded by a sergeant, this division is comprised of second duty officers, ensuring membership is enough for an initial response on any shift, and is responsible to handle any explosives or suspicious packages in the county. 
    • SWAT Bureau: Commanded by a lieutenant, the SWAT bureau has an assignment of one full time sergeant per shift, with enough second duty members for initial response on each shift. All members are on call for escalating incidents. Additionally, the SWAT Bureau is responsible for hostage negotiations, and all other tactical operations.
  • Uniformed Division Station 1
    • Commanded by a captain, UDS1 has two bureaus under their direct command.
    • Traffic Bureau: Responsible for highway patrol operations, as well as special traffic enforcement, including collision investigation, and Motor Carrier enforcement. Each shift will have a lieutenant and a sergeant, the latter of which functions as the field supervisor for that shift. 
    • Patrol Bureau: Responsible for general police duties, patrol and regular policing operations, the Patrol bureau is the largest bureau, and is commanded by a lieutenant and two sergeants on every shift. Staffing is made up of corporals and deputies, as well as any probationary deputies in the department. The sergeants will act as field supervisors for their function within the department, while the Lieutenant will oversee operations. The K9 section deputies will report directly to the Patrol Bureau Lieutenant on shift.
    • K9 Section: A subordinate body of the Patrol Bureau, this is comprised of 5 K9 deputies and 1 K9 sergeant. The Sergeant functions as the administrative officer of the section, responsible for scheduling and section needs, however does not function in a field supervisory role. 
  • Fort Shannon Detectives Division
    • Commanded by a captain, the Detectives Division oversees 4 squads, all of which are commanded by a sergeant, except for General Investigations. 
      • General Investigations Squad: Commanded by a lieutenant, each shift has a sergeant which oversees the detectives on that individual shift. The GIS is responsible for responding as first detectives to all incidents, as well as conducting general investigations not otherwise covered by the other squads.
      • Major Crime Squad: During regular office hours and on call, the squad is commanded by a sergeant. The squad is responsible for investigating any murders, major crimes, or crimes determined by the department to be assigned to this squad as needed./ 
      • Organized Crime Squad: During regular hours, and on call, the squad is commanded by a sergeant. The squad is responsible for investigating and crimes related to organized crime, including street gangs and mafia related crimes. Due to the overlap with other squads, regularly will work with other squads as needed.
      • Narcotics Squad: During regular hours, and on call, the squad is commanded by a sergeant. The squad is responsible for investigating any crimes related to narcotics and drugs. 
  • Delmore Division Station 2
    • Commanded by a captain, Delmore has one bureau and two detective squads
    • Delmore Patrol Bureau: Responsible for general police duties and patrol. This division is commanded by a lieutenant and supervised by a sergeant on each shift. 
    • Delmore General Investigations Squad: Commanded by a sergeant, Delmore GIS is responsible for all criminal investigations not related to organized crime. 
    • Delmore Organized Crime Squad: Commanded by a sergeant, Delmore OCS is responsible for all investigations related to organized crime.
  • Oxnard Division Station 3
    • Commanded by a captain, Oxnard has one bureau and one detectives squad
    • Oxnard Patrol Bureau: Responsible for general police duties and patrol. This division is commanded by a lieutenant and supervised by a sergeant on each shift.
    • Oxnard General Investigation Squad: Commanded by a sergeant, Oxnard GIS is responsible for all criminal investigations.

4. Divisions and Stations

The Shiloh County Sheriff's Department is divided into 3 Operational Commands, with 3 stations, as well as judicial services, which includes the Shiloh County Correctional Centre. 

The main playable station takes place at The Sheriff Stanley Brunner Memorial Headquarters Building located at Sixth Street and Newport Roads in North Fort Shannon, (Grids P11-P12)
