  Ian William Boorne was Born to David Boorne and Anglea Boorne in a Hospital in Ft Shannon. At the Age of 5 Ian's Childhood Home Burned Forcing his family to move to a even worse part of Delmore. After finding out the fire was intentionally set by his father Ian grew distant and didn't go to visit his dad in Jail. at the Age of 15 Ian was Falsely Accused by his best friend of Attempted Arson but the charges luckily didn't stick when the judge found out Ian wasn't in town when his friend said the Attempt happened. After this Situation Ian devoted his life to the fire service attending a Junior Fire Academy each summer till he was 18 in Maryland. at the Age of 18 Applied and joined the Ranks of SCFD as a Firefighter working out of Delmore. Having Multiple Fires and Gang Related calls he decided to move away from the pit of hell delmore is to Ft Shannon North and Transfered to SCFD Station 1.

   Listening to the radio traffic, I hear that the fire in South River is starting to clear up, some of the extra apparatus are leaving the scene, RIT, Logistics, and ladder 14. I mark the units as returned to service and adjust the timers for RIT and Logistics as they're well outside of their regular run. A few minutes pass and the phone rings.
   "911 Where is your emergency."
   "One of your trucks just like did a flip."
   "Okay sir, I need you to confirm your location."
   "I'm on Bay Street, right by the end of the park. I don't know, I think ninth?"
   I confirm on the ALI that this looks like the right location. "Sir, what do you mean one of our trucks did a flip?"
   "A Fire Truck, like with a ladder"
   "Okay, sir, I'm sending emergency services, is the truck upright?"
   "No, it's like, not totally upside down, but you know, it's really bad. There's a guy just hanging out of the door. I think he's dead."
   My heart drops. I start to give instructions for him to check on the scene, and while I wait for him to get there, I key the mic for the radio. "Ladder 14, ERT." Nothing. "Ladder 14." Still no answer. That's our involved truck.
   I tone out the incident, and assign an upgraded alarm, sending extra resources to the scene, as well as notifying Aylward.

   The nonemergency line rings, and I press the button to connect the call. I pull up a new call for service and start entering information as an alarm company dispatcher begins to drone on.
   'This is ADT Operator Shelley reporting a residential fire alarm at 105 Third Street South. Showing smoke alarm zone 5."
   "OK, can you advise where zone 5 is located?"
   "We have no further information."
   "K. Thanks. Operator 2102."
   I hang up the line and assign Engine 1 and Ladder 1 as I press the button on the radio console for their tones.

   Sitting down at the desk, my light turns on followed by the alarm indicating a call coming in. 
   'Shiloh County Emergency'
   'This is ADT with a new residential fire alarm dispatch in Fort Shannon.'
   No it fucking isn't. I dispatch. You call the dispatcher.'
   'Yes, what is the address?'
   'One Three One Two Nine th Street North in Fort Shannon.'
   'Confirming 1312 9th Street North. Is this a business or a residence?'
   'What? Oh, um a residence. Apartment Four Zero Seven and Four Zero Nine.'
   'Okay, and have you made any contact with the residents in the building?'
   'The resident is shawn and he is not answering he phone. We will continue to call back.'
   'Okay, I'm sending the fire department, please provide us with any further updates. My Badge number is 2099.'
   'Nine-Nine'
   Don't respond back, don't respond back.
   I disconnect the line and say, in my best Terry Crews "9-9!"
   Keying in dispatch information I see it recommends E1 and L1, double check before sending out and see Engine 10 is out on a car crash behind the hospital. Just left. Guess it's his lucky day.

   *I'm sitting at my console when a new call for service dings at my console, a shipped call from the law console. I quickly read the notes and start hitting tones. Just great. Oxnard PD rolled up on a working house fire in 5's first due, and they're out on a pin job on the interstate.
   "Engine 1, Engine 6, Engine 11, Squad 1, Ladder 1, Ladder 14, RIT 1, Fire 20, Safety, Unit 22. Respond to Newton Ave and Meadowlark Drive, Newton Ave and Meadowlark Drive in Oxnard for a working structure fire, called out by PD, advised smoke and flames showing. Possibly two entrapped."

   'There's been an accident!'
   'Yes ma'am, what's the location?'
   'It's in front of the county museum, on Bay Street.'
   'Is anyone injured?'
   'I don't know, I didn't stop.'
   *I sigh internally. They never knew. They never stopped to check.*
   'OK, ma'am. We'll have the fire department and police on the way. What kind of vehicles were involved?'
   'A Chevy sedan and a Ford SUV.'

   'No, we keep them clear. Someone didn't lock the gate. Obviously it drew some attention. No need for sheriff, they're long gone.'
