  James "Sticks" Rogers was born March 12th 1997 in Manchester NH His father was a LEO in Manchester for many years. Rogers Dad was taken off the streets after being involved in a on duty hit and run. Rogers mother left shortly after as she felt like she wasn't able to take care of his dad so Rogers was left alone with his dad at home forcing him to get a job. After many of years of Recovery his dad was assigned back to force as a desk officer. in 2018 Scrat met his wife Kathrine in a bar in Maine. Kat had just gotten off a Deployment oversea's and shortly after meeting Rogers they got married and moved to Kimberly in Shiloh County.
  
  In October 2020 James was involved in Terror attack in Kimberly. him and Multiple other officers were fought well under heavy gun fire to eliminate the threat at hand. the 6 officers involved in the firefight are now know as the "Shiloh 6" James and the 5 others were awarded for their actions that fateful day.

You succeeded very well in the first part of your career. I don't know what went wrong, but it's time to get things back on track. If it wasn't for your foundations you built with the success you had earlier, there'd be nothing left of your career, but you're getting a second chance. Don't fuck it up.    *Listening to everything the Commissioner just told me i take a second to process before speaking*
   
   'Commissioner, There is no excuse for what happened today in the moment what i did i thought was right, It was a very Chaotic scene and we had an armed Individual reversing a car at us i reacted as such, But now that i've had time to process and think about what happened you are correct i could've killed someone to day and i feel terrible for what i did, But at the same time I'll Be forever grateful for what you guys are doing to help me here and i'll do whatever i have to be a better deputy and to better serve the communities we took the oath to protect'

   'I'm more then okay with loosing SWAT and if you guys don't mind i would like to recommend Deputy John Allen, He was also at that shooting and was the first deputy to locate the vehicle and handled the stress and situation better then i've ever seen. but that is all i have to say Sir and again thank you guys for giving me a second chance i won't let you down this time'

   *Pulling into the parking lot i park in my normal parking spot and get out, Walking inside i check my mail seeing a letter from the state i shuffle it to the top of the stack and head up stairs to my apartment*
   
   'Time to see what this letter is'
   
   *Grabbing my letter opener i get the letter open and start reading it*
   
   "Dear Mr Rogers

   AVAILABLE SHERIFF UNITS. TRULIT GARDENS, BROAD AND SOUTH 13TH, SHOOTING INCIDENT JUST OCCURRED. UNKNOWN FURTHER, CALLER DISCONNECTED.
   Time: 1150 Weather: Clear
    
   The 911 ling rings, and I pick it up. I can hear gunfire over the line as a man starts yelling into the phone.
   "911, What's the location of the emergency?"
   "Trulit Gardens! They shooting out here!"
   "Is anyone injured?"
   "I don't fucking know! Stop asking me all these fucking questions and get the police out here!"
   "How many people are shooting?"
   "I told you to stop with all these stupid fucking questions and get them here!"

   The line disconnects, and I type into the CAD notes that the caller hung up before I start trying to call him back. No answer. I can hear the sheriff's dispatcher across the room toning the call out over the dispatch channels. I keep retrying the number, hoping he'll pick up.

   "Tell me exactly what happened?"
   "MY FUCKING FORKLIFT. I WAS PUSHED OFF IT AND THEY HEADED OUT OF THE LOT, TOWARDS PHOXLIND HEIGHTS! JESUS ARE YOU DUMB"
   "Sir, I needed to confirm. What kind of forklift is it?"
   "I don't know, fucking yellow, with forks."
   "Like a warehouse forklift?"
   "Jesus lady." and he hangs up.
   I dispatch out the call while I try to call back and confirm information.

   911, Wheres your emergency?
   This is the Fort Shannon School safety control center. I have numerous alarms going on in the Pearl Basin High School.
   Don't you typically respond out for your own alarm calls?
   Yes but this one looks like there's someone there, The cameras have been down for the past few months but there is a door alarm and then we've been tracking them up to the second floor west wing
   So you guys aren't responding to this?
   No, because we're UNARMED. If this is real and the perp is armed we're going to be calling you to report some dead school safety agents. We will have agents meet you there so your guys can gain access.

   '911, where's your emergency'
   'Someone just got shot!'
   'Where?'
   'In the parking lot.  Oh god, he is coming this way.'
   'Sir, where exactly are you? I need your address!'
   'I think I'm dead.'
   Hearing a gunshot on the other end followed by sounds of what I can assume is the phone and the caller dropping.
   'Sir, are you there?  Sir?'
   Not getting a response, I start tracing the call for the location.  Hearing more gunshots in the background over the still active line I realize we may have something bad going on here.
   'Hello? Are you still there? Hello?!'
   More gunshots can be heard on the other end so I prepare to activiate the ASTF as I look to Goodricht and other dispatchers. Before any other sound comes through the line goes dead. I immediately dial the supervisor's extension and get Aylward.
    'Sir, I think we have an active shooter here.  Anyone else have similar reports of gunshots in Oxnard?  I couldn't get an exact address. ALI just gives me a tower by the arena. Working a trace now.'

   SHERIFF UNITS x2 Area of 1st Street Mini Mart Fort Shannon, White Male Suspect, black hoodie, armed with suspect knife, fleeing area with cash and cigarettes. Respond emergency. 
   '911, where is your emergency?'
   'Help! I've just been robbed. Help!'
   'Sir, whereare you.'
   'First Street Mini Mart! Help, he had a knife!'
   'Okay, I'm dispatching sheriff right now. Is he still there?'
   'No, he took the till and a couple cartons of smokes! He's running away from the store! Hurry.'
   'Sir, deputies are on the way already, the more information I can gather now, the better equipped we are to catch the suspect. Describe his outfit.'
   'I don't know, white guy, he had like a hoodie? He covered his face.'
   'What color?'
   'He was white.'

   Keying my mic, I broadcast
   "Sheriff Units area of Bay Street Parade, Requesting two units respond to Fourth Street North, assistance request from parade volunteers, irate driver trying to go through barrier on closed road. Information in notes."
   I look over my shoulder at the door to the CP and see some familiar and unfamiliar faces outside the door talking. No deputies though.

   Parade Muster Point

   Muster point for units assigned on parade duty: Including Fast Response Flycar 1 (EMS-F1), EMS Officer 1, (EMS O-1), Engine 1, Squad 1, various sheriff units. 
   Parking the staff car up behind the command post, I grab my bag and zip my jacket up, walking around the rear of the new minivan that finally arrived into the staff pool. Maybe the ERT doesn't like dispatchers, because everything is yellow except what they let us drive. I walk into the command post and take a seat at the terminal, loading up the computer and getting ready to handle all resources and potential incidents that come up during this time. I won't touch a 911 call, but I'll be the sole dispatcher responsible for this route. It'll be a little different than normal for sure, other dispatchers sending me calls to process, but I'm up for the change.
   "ERT, be advised, Fort Shannon Parade Command is established, and dispatch procedures are now active. Please advise all units on other frequencies to change channel for Special Operations."
   "Confirming Parade Command established."

    2021 Emergency Response Team Christmas Party

    The annual ERT Christmas banquet is here! This banquet is limited to uniformed members of the ERT, SCFD, and SCSD.  Members are permitted to bring a plus one of their choice.  The banquet is held in a downtown Fort Shannon hotel.  Rooms are available at a discounted rate for banquet attendees.  The hotel has an open bar but alcoholic beverages have been banned from the event, thanks to last year's incident, so sneak some in if you are daring enough.  During the banquet, end of year awards will be handed out.  Following the banquet, there is a live band and a dance floor.  Attire is Class A or black tie civilian wear.
