  Krystal Bagley 23 of Oxnard, Saratoga was born at Ft Shannon Medical Center to Roger and Jamie Bagley. When Krystal was born she was an only child and was treated as such until her little sister Amelia was born in 2002. At the Ages of 4 and 2 Krystal and Amelia's parents separated , Amelia went to go live with her father and Krystal went to go live with her mother.
  
  Growing up in a broken home and seeing her mother bounce boyfriend to boyfriend Krystal tried to run away at the Age of 10 to go find her father who she hadn't seen in the last 6 years. After escaping from her mothers run down trailer on the outskirts of Oxnard she manged to locate a deputy and tell the deputy she was lost and was looking for her father.
  
  The Deputy knowing her family brought her back to her mothers house. Once being returned to her mother Krystal became very depressed and at the Age of 14 ran away again this time successfully locating her father and her little sister, After finding her father she proceeded to tell him what her mother was doing and that she didn't wanna go back to her mother, This caused her father to bring her mother to court winning full custody over both Children.
  
  Still Being horribly depressed though Krystal started to go down hill in school and at the age of 17 was caught by a patrol officer for the city of Delmore vandalizing a local school, Krystal was arrested and was given a choice by the Judge to either join a local ROTC program or serve 10 days in a Juvie, She took the Plea deal and the next day was sent to the local college to join their ROTC program.
  
  After a week in the program Krystal became very sick and had realized she missed her period causing her to get worried and went got a pregnancy test where it came back positive. After the test came back Positive she had her father set up an Appointment at the local hospital where an Ultrasound confirmed the test and she found out she was pregnant with a healthy Baby girl.
  
  Shortly before her 18th Birthday Krystal gave birth to her daughter Raven Boorne forcing her to pick up many jobs she didnt like. At the age of 23 she was told about a patrol deputy spot opening up at Shiloh County Sheriff's office and applied being hired on the spot she was sent to the academy where she Graduated 09/03/2023.

   *Going around the truck and house making sure everything is secured i hear Wagner call out*
   
   "BAGLEY!" 
   
   *Looking up i see him struggling with the suspect, Walking up i take the arm Wagner has pushing him out of the way, Taking the arm i pull the suspect close and hip throw him into the ground, Has he goes down hard i place my Knee in the middle of his back and pull my taser out and take the cartridge off*
   
   'Now your going to listen and listen good asshole, You Keep trying to resist and i'll make sure you take the worst ride of your life, now let my partner put these pretty cuffs on you'
   
   *Looking up at Wagner well having my taser placed on my suspects back*

   'No Corporal i haven't we went over drunk assholes in the academy but that was using a cheap pair of Drunk goggles from Amazon so i suspect its nothing like how it was in the academy'

   'Is it bad i'm getting bad vibes from this scene already, Not saying anything bad will happen but i feel like dude is about to do anything he can to not get cuffed and stuffed'

   *Getting down to 211 I Open up the trunk and open the black bag and start searching, Not finding any Rounds i unholster my pistol and unrack the round that's in the chamber and a couple rounds from the mag and place them in the bag, Counting the 6 bullets i "found" i grab my rounds and place them back in my mag and put it back in my service pistol and rerack a round and place it back in the holster*
   
   'He tried to get me but i'll get him'

   "911, WHERE IS YOUR EMEREGNCY?" I had to raise my voice a little to be heard over the commotion.
   "HOLY SHIT! Someone just crashed into my house!"
   "WHERE are you?"
   "HOME!"

   "Sir, it looks like you're near North 6th and 14th, in Fort Shannon, is that right?"
   "YES! There's a car in my wall! Buddy looks like he's absolutely trashed!"
   "Sir does anyone need an ambulance? I have sheriff on the way."
   "No, no, we're all fine. He's so drunk I think you could shoot him and he wouldn't know for a few hours."
   "Why do you believe he's drunk?"

   The 911 ling rings, and I pick it up. I can hear gunfire over the line as a man starts yelling into the phone.
   "911, What's the location of the emergency?"
   "Trulit Gardens! They shooting out here!"
   "Is anyone injured?"
   "I don't fucking know! Stop asking me all these fucking questions and get the police out here!"
   "How many people are shooting?"
   "I told you to stop with all these stupid fucking questions and get them here!"

   The line disconnects, and I type into the CAD notes that the caller hung up before I start trying to call him back. No answer. I can hear the sheriff's dispatcher across the room toning the call out over the dispatch channels. I keep retrying the number, hoping he'll pick up.
