  Charles Moore was born to Lucy and Nikolas Moore. Charles Dad Nikolas is a 1st Generation American his parents being from Radomsko Poland. Nikolas was a tradesmen for most of his working life but currently works as a carpenter doing roofing and dry walling for a Local Construction company. Charles Mother Lucy is from Yonkers New york she grew up working with her parents in a small deli. at the age of 18 she attended college for a masters in Business. Shortly after enrolling Lucy dropped out and returned home to find her dad had died due to a heart attack... After this event she went and got her EMT Basic where she would join the ranks of a Private service in upstate new york. In 2001 Lucy gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Charles. Shortly after he was born Nikolas was hired on to a large scale contract in upper Manhattan and with multiple other reasons Nikolas and Lucy got a Divorce with nikolas giving up custody of charles to lucy. In 2015 Charles got his first job as a chief for pizza hut and lasted two years before being fired.

   *The phones are starting to get hectic. I pull one of the phone lines.*
   '911 Wheres your emergency?'
   '382 Ryan St. On the 4th Floor.'
   'Ok Whats the emergency?'
   'My uncle just collapsed, He's not breathing.'
   'Do you feel a pulse?'
   'Honey do you feel a pulse?'
   *I hear someone in the background talking and ending with what's that?*
   'I don't think so but we just poured milk on him to see if he would wake up.'
   'Ok I need you to start CPR.'
   'How do I do that?'
   *I talk these the caller and his wife through CPR*

   Located at the front of the station, the duty room is the home of the morning parade, where the incoming 24 hour shift meets for briefing and assignment. Additionally staff may be assigned here to monitor incidents or complete reports.
