  Blake Levi Spaulding was born to Robert Spaulding and Angelia Spaulding in Dallas Texas. At the age of 7 Robert and Angelia split and Blake moved with his dad to Denver Colorado. Well living in Denver Blake spent most of his free time with his uncle and his two cousins as his dad was on the road for work. At the age of 17 Blake was involved in a serious accident killing his uncle and two cousins and leaving blake with a serious leg injury. After a few years of rehab the Doctors finally cleared Blake and he applied for the Denver Police Department. At the age of 25 blake moved to Fort Shannon In Shiloh County and applied at the Sheriffs office. He climbed up through the ranks and became a detective where he still works today. Blake is married to Isabella Spaulding and he has two kids Levi Spaulding and Arya Spaulding.

   'Ok, we got the warrant, what you got? Anything?'
   
   'I Found his file looks like he applied for a loan and either it was bad or didn't get approved for it I'm not sure if this the reason for the shooting but it helps alot. Imma Radio down to the CP and have one of the brass send us up 303 and to pack this shit into and get out of here and turn it over to the Corners office to get the bodies outta here'
   
   *Taking my Portable off my hip i click the Ptt button*
   
   "303 to 200 and 400 could you have my partner bring us up 303 please we will be wrapping it up in the building itself and clearing shortly"
   
   *releasing my PTT the officer with the boxes with the files arrives and i start to put files in there and take another picture of the room before we leave*
   
   'So i guess the next step is head back to the Station and get ready to do the search warrant'

   *Grabbing the Camera from Morris as she goes to get the warrant, Panning through more Files i find one with the Suspects name on it*
   
   'Uh Lets see what we have here'
   
   *Placing the File on the desk i take a picture of the front of it and then open it up and take another picture then start to pan through the papers that are in it*
   
   'Holy shit if this guy seriously shot this place up cause of a Loan then he had other issues to begin with'

   *Shifting through the files and not seeing anything major my phone goes off and then shortly after Morris's phone also goes off pulling my phone out of my pocket i check it and see i have a message from a deputy*
   
   " Hey Det Spaulding just got the suspects information. Their name is: Rodney White they will be a 6'0" white male according to their drivers license. Still have an unknown status on if he's made it yet last i knew he was in surgery i will keep you updated sir"
   
   *i close the message and put my phone back in my pocket*
   
   'Rodney White is the suspect according to the message i just got so let's see if we can find any files with that name on it also i think we need to start working on a search warrant for his residence to go recover any of his personal belongings asap'

   'Probably could find something in there.  Then again we don't know who the suspect is as he hasn't been identified yet'
   
   *I look at the File Cabinet she points out as she says that*
   
   'Yea but anything can be a start and at this point this entire room is evidence so it doesn't matter right now if we know the shooters identity all those files until otherwise noted are evidence so radio for someone to bring boxes down so we can put them in there and we will look through them back at the Station'
   
   *walking over to the Cabinet i open it up and start getting files out and on to the desk so Morris can get pictures of them before there boxed up*

   *Morris starts taking pictures of Evidence as I start placing evidence tags on everything I can when she replies*
   
   'A lot, yeah, but not the ones who went through this.'
   
   'Well hopefully we can bring some closure to the families who lost loved ones tonight'
   
   *I walk over to a body check it over seeing it shot twice in the chest and having two exit wounds i place an evidence tag next to it and stand up and move on to the next piece of evidence as Morris keeps taking Photos*
   
   'You know Morris i've seen a lot and done a lot but this is the worst call i've seen since coming to Shiloh county'

   'Sounds like they are taking him SCMH but it doesn't look like he'll make it.'
   
   'Okay lets have someone Advise SCMH to at least hold his belongings for us as they'll also be considered Evidence and we'll have a deputy go down and retrieve his stuff.'
   
   *Arriving down at the building i stop Morris*
   
   'You got a camera so we can get a picture of this for evidence. Also holy hell this looks a damn warzone a lot of people should feel lucky tonight'

   'Sounds good with me we should also look for paperwork maybe he worked here, Maybe this is revenge for something like getting fired. Any word if he is DOA or was he transported to the hospital?'

    'Good Welcome to the shit show that's been the detective office today, Where do you wanna start we have a shit ton of Information to get through well swat takes care of the shooter.'
    
    *looking back at the papers i have in front of me and take a swig of coffee*
    
    'matter of fact I'll be right back'
    
    *leaving Morris to do her magic and fix this shit show i caused, I put on my raid jacket and walk over to Lt Blackburn and Captain Russo*

   '911, where's your emergency'
   'Someone just got shot!'
   'Where?'
   'In the parking lot.  Oh god, he is coming this way.'
   'Sir, where exactly are you? I need your address!'
   'I think I'm dead.'
   Hearing a gunshot on the other end followed by sounds of what I can assume is the phone and the caller dropping.
   'Sir, are you there?  Sir?'
   Not getting a response, I start tracing the call for the location.  Hearing more gunshots in the background over the still active line I realize we may have something bad going on here.
   'Hello? Are you still there? Hello?!'
   More gunshots can be heard on the other end so I prepare to activiate the ASTF as I look to Goodricht and other dispatchers. Before any other sound comes through the line goes dead. I immediately dial the supervisor's extension and get Aylward.
    'Sir, I think we have an active shooter here.  Anyone else have similar reports of gunshots in Oxnard?  I couldn't get an exact address. ALI just gives me a tower by the arena. Working a trace now.'

   (Time: 17:03, Weather: 22*F, slight wind, snowing)
   *As the rest of the dispatchers debate on what to eat for lunch I take the next call.*
   '911, where's your emergency'
   'Well I'm at 323 N. 14th Street in Ft. Shannon'
   'What's your emergency?'
   'My neighbor over in 322.  Haven't seen him in awhile and all of a sudden I heard a gunshot coming from his house.  He lives alone and I'm worried because I just haven't seen him since his wife passed months ago.'
   'Have you seen anyone around the house?'
   'No, like I said I haven't even seen him in months.  With this snow he hasn't even come out to shovel.  There's no footprints in the snow either.'
   'Alright, stay on the line as I send help.'
   *Muting the line I call for some Sheriff Units and M1 to standby.*

   Sheriffs units and a supervisor, And EMS. RESPOND TO AN ARMED ROBBERY WITH A PERSON STABBED, NORTH 12TH AND BABCOCK IN THE PARK 
   Time: 1214 Weather: Cold, Clear
   '911 Where's your emergency?'
   RP: 'Im at North 12th and Babcock. My husband just got stabbed! He was trying to sell a PS5 and this guy stabbed him'
   'Is he breathing?'
   'I can't see he's too far away! I'm in the car!'
   'Is the person who stabbed him still there?'
   'Yeah!'
   'What does he look like.'
   'Hes Black and tall. He just grabbed the PS5 and ran out of the park'
   'Ok im sending Police and EMS'
   *SD Radio*
   "I need Sheriffs units and a supervisor to respond to North 12th and Babcock for a stabbing Perp is a tall black male armed with a knife, Holding a PS5 running out of the park."
